Got these for my daughter for Xmas
These heat packs are not easy to use as you need to dampen them first and they’re too big to fit in my microwave. And heat properly. My daughter finds it too difficult and will not use them. I tried to return them within 14 days but there is no returns on these products. They are now sitting in the cupboards, I wasted $116

Ordered one of these for my partners birthday. Only to find that the heat pack had spots of mould all throughout it. Ordered a replacement heat pack to be sent .and once this arrived it had the exact same mouldy spots. Probably the only redeeming factor was that the customer service was vey good.

Both items I’ve purchased from Kosi have been a massive hit with my partner, and I’ve used them now too ! Fantastic for cramps and sore muscles. The way they stay on to let you go about your business and still get relief is awesome !

Excellent design and concept, but badly executed. I have emailed the customer service team as well regarding product not retaining heat for long. The pricing point doesnt match the effectiveness at all. Will go back to using wheat packs and deep heat patches which last longer.

Sadly my heatpack arrived broken, which was a real bummer. After repeated emails, i never got a reply and couldnt exchange the item. Save yourself the hassle and use another brand for better quality and customer service

It is amazing, it is so easy to use and keeps warm for over 30 mins.

My fiancé was so excited to use this, unfortunately she didn’t even get to use it once as the stitching came apart and things leaked everywhere. The worst quality heat bag I’ve ever seen an they won’t give me a refund…perfect

I cannot recommend Kosi highly enough. From the moment I first tried my Kosi, I was completely in love, it is genuinely incredible. I have endometriosis and a spinal condition, and heat therapy is something I rely on every single night. The Kosi felt like an absolute game changer for me! Previously I have used two hot water bottles and am constantly shuffling and rearranging them and when I could get up I couldn’t keep them on me. So this product has instantly became my favourite way to manage pain and stay comfortable!!!

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the ongoing delivery delay. Updates have been minimal, and responses have been slow, which has made the situation frustrating.

my package, which was intended to be a birthday gift. Missing this important occasion has been really upsetting. Better communication and more reliable delivery timelines are needed to avoid situations like this in the future.

Love the heat pack. I ordered 3 and my girls love them as well. Mine did not come with its carry bag so I emailed asking for it. Was told they would get one out to me asap. That was a month ago and still no cover unfortunately. I would still highly recommend still.

Colour wasnt as bright as pictures

This product is a game changer. As a suffered of endometriosis my life has now changed thanks to the Kosi. The 360 wrap around design, hands free design is a life saver. The weight of the product has helped me immensely. Sometimes I don’t even heat it, I just wear it to bed for the comfort on my pelvic region.
I am so thankful I found this product! Highly recommended

Great idea, comfortable and a truly great way to address lower back pain but it just doesn’t hold heat long enough to be truly beneficial.

I bought this for my wife, the shape is great and sits on her shoulders without support. Due to the size it takes a while to properly heat it up.
I had a quality issue when it arrived, however when I got in touch they were very quick to organise a replacement.

I got this for my daughter as she just has surgery for endometriosis and still has some pain, I personally haven’t used it, but she said it is absolutely amazing , she is even wearing at work. Win win 👌

Excellent product & easy to use website plus postage was super speedy!

Bought it for my wife, she hasn't needed to use it yet however I haven't taken it off! I've got lower back problems and this helps so much with inflammation whilst keeping you mobile. Not having to muck around with trying to keep a heat back in place or sitting down whilst using it.
Heat it up, wear it as long as you please!

I would say it would be nicer if it stayed hotter for longer but I'm being picky as I really like them hot.

Wife has chronic illness, buying both has relived pain and pressure around her shoulder and lower back. It only takes a few minutes to heat in the microwave and the instructions are easy to read thank you kosi

only used twice and two of the seams came apart and filling has spilled out

Ordered 3 weeks ago and item has not arrived yet. Other items have been ordered, shipped and arrived during this time so id say the shipping is poor.

Purchased 3 of these that I’m wanting to return!
They are so large and bulky- even the smaller ones and you must wrap them in a wet towel to microwave them so they don’t overheat.
What a stupid product.
Already almost too large for a microwave and you would need to menouvre several times to heat evenly now I read in the instructions that I need to wrap it in a wet towel also.
So much more cumbersome than any other product on the market or their competitor! I will just go back to a microwave bean bag or hot water bottle. What a crappy design! And expensive! We brought 3 that I will be returning!
