Comfortable to wear, but it definitely doesn’t get hot enough or stay hot for long enough. I’ve overheated it as well but still same result

I have purchased other products from other shops and they were terrible compared to this product it focuses on everywhere because it wraps completely around.
It would be good it stayed hotter for longer but compared to other brands this one is 10/10

The wrap around design is great, however the heat just does not retain like traditional wheat bags so I have to reheat a few times in one use

I have had the Kosi for about a week and i loved the idea of it as I get a lot of pelvis and back pain due to endometriosis. However I was following the heating instructions and it just wasn’t hot enough (I need it hot for my pain) but then I started putting it on for longer than the recommended amount of time and unfortunately it melted and split open. I was very upset but it was my own fault for just trying to get it hot enough. I would say it’s a great product for mild pain but may not be the best product for someone with endometriosis.

Was extremely excited to get this for my girlfriend who suffers from severe and chronic abdo and back pain secondary to her period and the product came, nice advertising and packaging but doesn’t hold heat and this is the entire premise of the product. So sadly I guess the search continues

I don't have endometriosis, but I do have an issue with my colon and often find that using a wheat bag gives me more relief than pain killers. I recently discovered the Kosi, recommended by an endometriosis sufferer and it was fantastic. Being able to wrap it around my lower abdomen provided so much relief. Thank you.

I love how this heatpack feels like youre getting a big snuggle. Its a shame that it doesnt stay very warm for long so when in pain with a flare up its up and down to the microwave every 15mins

I was unsure if I should buy this at the start but wow I’m so glad I did, it’s been such a life changer for my chronic conditions. It’s literally my emotional support heat pack now I use it every single day. I’ve tried so many heat packs and this one is so unique, the material is so soft and cozy and the smell isn’t bad at all, in fact I actually like the smell it calms me down. I love it so so much, the only thing is I wish it was a little bit longer on the back to target mid back as well but otherwise I love it. I even use it for my legs and stomach, it works everywhere!

I got this for my teenage daughter. Last year she was diagnosed with stress fractures in her lower back. Heat packs are great pain relief for her but all the traditional ones are small and she would have to tuck them into pants or low down for them to stay in place. Kosi has been so perfect, just heat, wrap it around her back and she can get on with things. 10/10 quality too!

The Snuggle is so comforting – it feels amazing to wear and fits really well. I love how soothing it is and the relief it brings. The only thing I’d love to see improved is the back section over the shoulder blades being a little longer, and maybe the addition of a small hook or clasp across the collar bones to help it stay perfectly in place. Even so, it’s such a wonderful product and I really appreciate the comfort it provides to sore shoulders, neck and upper back.

The Kosi 360 is honestly like a warm hug. I love that it wraps around so comfortably and can be worn under my clothes, which means I can keep moving through my day without having to stop and sit with a heat pack. It’s been such a support during endometriosis flare-ups and in my recovery after laparoscopy – soothing, practical, and comforting all at once.. Its been a Game-Changer for Endo and Recovery from laparoscopy. I wish I had found it sooner!

I’ve used my Kosi for three weeks now, following my first laparoscopic excision surgery last month. It is great that it is hands free and provides 360 degree heat to the stomach and back, which provides comforting relief. I believe another section of Velcro needs to be added to the Kosi to prevent the significant piling of material, caused by the Velcro catching and pulling on itself. It also catches on skin or other material which could be prevented if a corresponding section of Velcro was added to the design. The bags are quite heavy and at first was too much weight to put on my stomach immediately following the surgery (especially when the bloating from the gas was at its worst). The bag is also already very stretched and out of shape (after not even 3 weeks of use). Overall. I think it is convenient and very comforting, but lacks the quality I was expecting of a heat bag at this price point

I have Adenomyosis and endo also. I get to the point that I'm in so much pain I can't move.
I have tired many other heat packs they would fall off or the wheat would go to the one side and you could never find the prefect size. UNTIL NOW. KOSI, is amazing... I am to heat it up and get around slowly. And wraps around my body providing relief and comfort in one.

I use this heat pack nearly all day everyday. I have Endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS and have chronic pelvic and back pain from it. This heat pack allows me to still get on with my day (having 3 kids) whilst getting some relief from my pain. I love the fact it is 360° meaning everywhere gets heated up and I don't have to decide between my pelvis or my back. The only downside is that I feel the fabric is a little thin and I worry it'll break. Otherwise I absolutely love it! Been a huge game changer for me!
