I bought the bundle for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! She gets so much relief from the wrap around heat. The smell of the wrap is a bit odd though.
Amazing product! Weighted which helps, easy to heat & instant pain relief. Being a wrap around it allows to you adjust it as tight as you need - targeting the deeper aches. I couldn’t recommend it enough!
I have had a Kosi previously and burnt it through my using a microwave I was not familiar with. I provided photos to Kosi purely for their knowledge. Kosi were fantastic! Apologising (again it was my fault!), I happily bought another one plus one for my daughter. We both use it religiously and are able to go about our day without the need to be holding a heat pack to our belly’s or backs. Thank you for creating an amazing heat pack to help us at our worst times
The size is amazing and love the way it stays on my shoulders, i do feel it doesnt stay as warm for very long though.

Great fabric feel and gentle velcro. Size is versatile enough to wrap around me but also fit my husband when his back pain flares up. Easy to heat and comfy to wear is the main winner here
Suffering from chronic pain from endometriosis and adenomyosis, I was curious about Kosi and the endo bundle I had seen advertised. I LOVE both the wrap and the snuggle so much ❤️ Instant relief, super cosy and comfortable, and very pretty in the pink 😊 It was a little more than I was looking to spend, but the quality, practicality, and comfort make it so so worth it. The first time I used them I thought I could fly away ... so so comfortable, and beautiful soft fabric. I'm so grateful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love this heat pack! Its so soft and indeed Kosi. Don't know why I didn't think about this when I purchased but it's heavy! When it's on it feels like a hot soothing hug and when you take it off there's extra relief because of the heft of it! Hahaha. Great product. Excited to wear it to work so I can get some relief while im lugging things around and wont have to take a day off every period like usual. Thanks Kosi!
Recently bought a Kosi for my 25 yo daughter who has just undergone diagnostic surgery for Endometriosis'. The Kosi was perfect for her recovery, soothing abdominal pain, comfortable, easy to heat and long lasting. She was able to walk around and remain active without having to hang on to traditional heat pack or hot water bottle, which both have much smaller surface areas. A great comfort to her.

I had no idea about Kosi until the algorithm appeared on my partner's feed and he pointed Kosi out to me and I am so happy. The wrap around helps with my period but also my bad back that plays up.
As I've gotten older, my cramps have gotten worse. I've tried normal heat packs, weighted packs and everything similar, but have not been able to find anything to help. Until now. I came across Kosi accidentally on Instagram….I have Fibromyalgia so at the time I was looking to purchase a shoulder heat bag but wanted one to cover the neck so I was happy to find Snuggle….
I’m happy with my purchase, great price, well made and soft & cosy material…
The only thing I would say is that I find it’s not hot enough, but I still love the heaviness as it keeps me relaxed and stable….

The packaging was amazing also the material was so soft and loved how you could wrap around your belly and back. Followed all the instructions including my partner learnt as well but its been 12 days without it, as it got burnt inside the microwave, even though we followed the steps, it might be because I constantly use it all the time sol we are not sure why it happened. Love to try again just can't at the moment so I'll have to retreat to my old beanbags
