I love my kosi, however I bought it over a year ago when it was cheaper. For it to now be almost $100 for a heat pack is wild. Whilst it has helped me, it doesn’t stay warm for longer than 10 minutes which is ridiculous considering the price. My hotpod from amazon was $30 and stays actually HOT for over 2 hours.

Easy to use and great coverage to offer all round heat relief

My daughter was diagnosed with endometriosis early last year. And after surgery nothing seemed to help take thw pain away. So we thought we'd give your Kosi a go.
She loves it, it stays in place and helps with back pain and belly pain. We can highly recommend the Kosi. And the pink is just a pretty colour.

Heat pack smelt very odd on arrival and instructions say it needs to have a damp towel over it when heating wouldn’t have purchased If had known this

I love this thing. It's the most perfect shoulder and neck heat pack. I often get shoulder injuries and this is the best. It's not heavy so it doesn't weigh you down, it don't impact movement, and it holds the heat well. Just amazing.

The desogn is amazing but they dont hold heat for long!, I've tried so many different ways to heat them but I keep going back to my old heat pack :-(

This is our second Kosi heat pack. My daughter who suffers from Endometriosis has been using her pack pretty much daily and due to the design has been wearing at school. The all around heat and the belt makes it more user friendly for the busy teenage life and being a side sleeper. Recently we had issues following post operation in which the Kosi team have been fantastic. Cannot stress how highly we recommend the product for those who have the back pain in addition to the front.

I have loved my Kosi since she arrived. The customer service and interaction on email was also fantastic and brought me so much joy. I have even used Kosi as a sash to help with behind my shoulder blade pain I get, which even more felt like a really nice hug. The only star missing is that I am a curvy pear girl but in bottoms I usually buy an L/14/16 (brand dependent) and I find that Kosi is right at the end of the tether for me, so it is difficult to put on myself. When my partner assists be, it is nice and snug, but then rides a little high up especially as I walk around. I would love a next size up option, I feel M-2XL is a very big range, and it fits my endo bestie very well (size 10-12). I wish my Kosi could sit lower and keep my pelvic area covered and relieved. I am glad I found this though! it is so nice, and the weight is very calming and regulating for me.

The product itself is great. I’m just giving 4/5 because the Velcro is insanely strong and the material is very soft/thin (in a comfy way) It tore stitching out on the first use so now the beans kind of bunch up. We’ve started just using a small part of the Velcro instead or maybe we might cut it off. Otherwise is very nice.

I think the product is absolutely an incredible idea but for me unfortunately it doesn’t hold heat for longer then 30 mins at a time and when having a flare up I can’t be microwaving it every 30 mins. Otherwise both products are incredibly comfortable.

Good shape and nice an soft. It does go cold really fast in comparison to my other heatbags.

Comfy, durable, long lasting heat - no need to heat it up every freaking 5mins. smells amazing.

To put it simply, it is a decent 7/10 product. She loved the pink, how soft and plush the fabric is. It wraps my partners waist without being held up. The neck heat pack is shaped nicely and feels so nice I've even thought about taking it from her for myself haha. We've only had it for a few weeks and in the said "few weeks" my partner has been cramping heavily, she has found so much comfort in it that I could not be more relieved.

Now as for the 7/10, why the missing 3 points? One of the things both my partner and I had discovered when it came to using the product is the Velcro is rather challenging to pull off. I wouldn't consider myself weak at all and while I was able to pull it off with some difficulty, while her main concern was the nice and soft feeling of the heat pack would eventually be damaged because of the Velcro, there was also the concern of the stitches attaching the Velcro to the heat pack itself ripping. I'd also like to point out this concern came from my partner who is a seamstress herself with more than a few years of experience. So fabric life matters in the long run for a product that costs this much. The other issue with the heat pack is that it simply struggles to heat up in the microwave. I have a 1000W microwave which is one of the recommended choices of microwave in the instructions. However, just from personal experience, even with constant shaking of the heat pack and using the damp towel to cover it, I have to put it in the microwave about 4 times at about 2 minutes each for it to come out "warm enough". This actually leads to a correlating issue. I had noticed that after microwaving the heat packs individually for the first 2 minutes, the towel would be searing hot, making it impossible to grab it out from the microwave. By the time I let it cool, so does the hot pack. Once it actually heats up everywhere, it will retain heat though so it is just more of a "how long it takes" issue. We both believe it shouldn't be an issue with the towel or the microwave as a product should be able to work with majority of common towels and microwaves obviously.

Wonderful product, amazing customer service

I said so many years ago that someone needed to invent this sort of thing and here it is. It's amazing. Soft to the touch and so easy to wrap at just the right spot. It stays up too! It's no trouble to heat up and keeps heat well. Best money I have spent in a while.

This was a present for my adult daughter . She loves the convenience of securely wrapping a heat pack around her back and belly. The shoulder and neck heat pack is a winner too. In fact, it’s a fight amongst the rest of the family who gets to use it. Looks like I might have to get more.

Love the hands free wearability and able to move without a heat pack falling down. Daughter is size 10 and measured correctly 2XS - S. It just fits. In hindsight would’ve sized up. I feel the models appear in videos using the larger size and found it misleading when selecting size.

The shape of this heat pack is great, covers the area well and its really comfortable to wear. However it goes cold so fast and I am reheating it so often and given the inconvenience of heating it with the wet towel its just a bit of a shame it's so hard to use. I find myself just not bothering when I probably need it.

Don’t think about it just do it! Best heatpack ever!! Love how it feels, and that you can walk around and still do things with it wrapped around you like a big hug!
