This product is just what my daughter needed, its so comfortable, warm and relaxing. Love it!!
I bought the Kosi Snuggle to help with neck and shoulder discomfort. I’ve previously used wheat bags with good effect. Unfortunately, after three days of using the Snuggle in the evenings (as recommended when watching TV or reading - not overnight), I was consistently waking up with marked pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. This resolved after I discontinued use, and I haven’t used it since. It is quite a heavy pack and given the onset of pain when I was using it, and the resolution of pain after I stopped, I think that is probably what caused it. It also did not stay warm for very long at all. I'm really disappointed in this product.
I came across Kosi accidentally on Instagram….I have Fibromyalgia so at the time I was looking to purchase a shoulder heat bag but wanted one to cover the neck so I was happy to find Snuggle….
I’m happy with my purchase, great price, well made and soft & cosy material…
The only thing I would say is that I find it’s not hot enough, but I still love the heaviness as it keeps me relaxed and stable….

Very well marketed….. I bought reading it would stay hotter for longer as the normal heat packs require constant heating….. unfortunately these do aswel. I have endometriosis and have bad pack pain and neck pain and constantly putting heat packs on and off reheating them…… these are just the same just very expensive for a heatpack and require longer heat time in the microwave for the same amount of time a normal heat pack stays warm!

The packaging was amazing also the material was so soft and loved how you could wrap around your belly and back. Followed all the instructions including my partner learnt as well but its been 12 days without it, as it got burnt inside the microwave, even though we followed the steps, it might be because I constantly use it all the time sol we are not sure why it happened. Love to try again just can't at the moment so I'll have to retreat to my old beanbags

Got ours in the bestie bundle. Bestie has severe, widespread endo and adeno and thinks it is the best thing for it. Wrap it around and move freely! For me, I was just stoked it actually fit me since I'm an AU 18-20/22 and 108kg. Being able to use it as a weighted object as well has come in handy when I get overstimulated 😊🧩
I am obsessed with these heat packs! I have PMOS so my cramps are painful and also occur all throughout my cycle. The snuggle and kosi have been amazing at easing my cramps! They’re also so lovely to heat up before bed during winter and cuddle up with to keep warm at night 🥰
This heat pack is SO AWESOME!!! It heats up evenly and retains its heat for quite a while. Im a size 18 in women's and i got the largest size heat pack and it fits. Apparently they do stretch a little too. I love love love it SO much! Thanks kosi for an awesome product!
Its was amazing until i went over heating recomentons and melted. DO NOT OVER HEAT they will catcy on fire.
Brought for my wife who as endo, she's happy, only thing to be mindful of is that you'll need a 30l or bigger microwave
Bought this to help me manage endometriosis pain and have practically lived in it when I have a flare up. I love that I can get heat on my tummy and my lower back and hips when nerve pain strikes. I wish I’d bought this years ago.
