I thought I’d support an Aussie business, but honestly, this has been a terrible investment.
The heat pack barely gets lukewarm, which, as far as I’m concerned, defeats the entire purpose of buying a heat pack in the first place!
There’s also far too much effort involved in trying to get it warm enough to be useful. The ingredients inside the bags have very specific heating requirements, and if you heat them for too long, you risk damaging them. This makes the whole process unnecessarily frustrating.
For the price, I expected a product that would actually provide warmth, not one that takes so much effort to heat and still barely gets warm.
Unfortunately, I feel like I’ve wasted my money. I wanted to support an Australian business, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this product.
I wanted to enjoy this product however despite attempting to move around the beading inside (like suggested when heating) I have found that it sits unevenly on the shoulders. The heating element also does not get as hot as I would have wanted, but still comfortable and nice quality.
I have pcos and have tried many different branded heat packs and wanted to love this with the design of a full body wrap around, but I find it doesn’t get hot enough for my liking, and doesn’t last very long at all. It’s definitely comfortable to wear, however I am disappointed in the heating elements, it unfortunately does not compare to other branded heat packs I have tried.
Definite help for bad days!
I'm just a little disappointed in the very strong odour of the neck wrap. Being someone with chronic migraine disorder, every scent is a trigger and this scent is very strong.
But in saying that, it did help with the neck tightness and pain I was experiencing. Just an overwhelming smell.
The waist band is great for when sitting at the desk or on the couch but very uncomfortable if you're trying to lay in bed on it.
I did like both items and will continue using them, just wanted to give my honest review.

This is my second order, as my daughter kept borrowing mine and never returning it... and we all know that you always seem to sink up together lol. So a second was very much needed. We both love them and get so much relief.
I absolutely love it, I generally suffer really bad period pain, my old heat pack had done its course and I found this one! Absolutely love it would definitely recommend it to my friends and family
I’ve genuinely really enjoyed using Kosi! It’s become such a nice little part of winding down at the end of the day, especially after a busy day of mum life 😂
I love anything that makes my evening routine feel a little more cosy and intentional, and this has been such an easy addition. The whole experience feels really comforting and like a small moment of self-care that I actually look forward to.

i measured myself according to the website and it does fit, as it should, however the velcro part makes about 10cm so when im bloated which is often i get the velcro part leaving either my front side or back without heat in that area
My new favorite addition to every morning and evening. I have had lower back pain for years and also have adenomyosis so abdominal pain and cramping are a big part of my life... this has been an absolute game changer. Highly recommend
I can't rate this product and this Aussie company high enough. I absolutely love the Kosi for my ageing aches and pains, and so does my daughter who uses it for her monthly cramps. I've read the reviews about it not staying warm enough, and while the initial burst of high heat dissipates, it really does stay warm for a long time. I often use it at night, and under the blankets or doona it holds in the heat and stays warm for hours. I love that it also acts like a small weighted blanket which is amazing and my shoulders and abdomen love. I developed a small burn hole in mine (after over a year of regular use!) and probably got complacent and left it for too long in the microwave. I couldn't believe customer service offered me a huge discount on another one. I love supporting Aussie businesses and I absolutely recommend this one.
