Having to heat the item in a wet towel makes the outside of the wrap damp. It does not stay hot for long at all. It is very bulky. Very disappointed in this product. For the price I had very high hopes that it would be a fantastic product. Sad to sad we are very disappointed and would not recommend this product.
Super cozy and works wonders for not just my endo cramps but my lower back pain too. So happy to have a Kosi! It’s life changing
I get extremely cold feet, the kosi booties are a fantastic idea and do help with warming my feet when socks and slippers take to long, the only reason im giving 3 stars is due to the one size fits all. I don't have small feet by any means, about an 81/2 - 9 shoe size and they are very big on me. I found them challenging to keep "snug" on my foot so that the warmth would be where I needed it, note, as per the details I did walk around in them I used them while sitting and my computer desk at home and again while sitting on the couch. I also found that they didn't hold heat for all that long.
I purchased a Kosi for my daughter, unfortunately she gets horrible periods. She loves the Kosi, I ordered the larger size (lets face it kids/teens grow quickly), I love the way that the Velcro end can be fastened to anywhere on the heat pack, and not limiting the size it will fit as much. Its also super handy being able to "double" wrap a large part of it as it holds the heat in that area for longer, so depending on where she needs the relief most is were she will position the doubled area.
I love this bundle so much, the pain becomes bearable and it feels like a big warm hug from your Nan
Love my snuggle. Stays in place on my shoulders as I walk around, great to wear in the car as it’s not heavy. Sits high on my neck and that’s where my problem area is so highly recommend
The snuggle heatpack is soft and comfy, much more than I imagined! I bought this to help with neck and shoulder ache/ tightness, and it's perfect cos it wraps around a large surface area, whereas other heatpacks only wrap around a small area. Love this!
Product is great. Delivery was terrible as they use Couriers please. Was unable to redirect without their permission . Supplier was untesponsive to my pleas for assistance on email ans via instagram dms .

Even just sitting for 10 minutes in the mornings when ive slept wrong is so worth it, helps fix me up for the day ahead!

I bought the bundle for my daughter and she absolutely loves it! She gets so much relief from the wrap around heat. The smell of the wrap is a bit odd though.
Amazing product! Weighted which helps, easy to heat & instant pain relief. Being a wrap around it allows to you adjust it as tight as you need - targeting the deeper aches. I couldn’t recommend it enough!
I have had a Kosi previously and burnt it through my using a microwave I was not familiar with. I provided photos to Kosi purely for their knowledge. Kosi were fantastic! Apologising (again it was my fault!), I happily bought another one plus one for my daughter. We both use it religiously and are able to go about our day without the need to be holding a heat pack to our belly’s or backs. Thank you for creating an amazing heat pack to help us at our worst times
