Wish they stayed hotter for longer. I did read other reviews saying the same but thought it would be ok if I heated them for longer but I feel like like they barely stay hot for 10mins if you are lucky.
Brought for my wife who as endo, she's happy, only thing to be mindful of is that you'll need a 30l or bigger microwave

The product was the wrong size for me and the customer service ensured a smooth returns process. Product loses a star though as I feel it doens't stay warm for very long at all

I personally absolutely love the neck heat wheat.. long time sufferer of shoulder & neck pain - havent been able to find anything suitable to cover the whole area at once - i HAVE NOW!!! ❤️
I love this so much its like a warm hug and you can wrap it tighter for a soft compression which relaxes me even more, i just pop it in a damp pillowcase to make it easy to warm up in the microwave! I actually have pots/raynauds which makes it hard to get things done if its cold and this helps keep me warm while I get things done around the house!
Love my shoulder & neck Kosi, such great coverage and super soft and comforting for my aching neck & upper back. The lupin smells subtle and soothing too. I can highly recommend this heat pack.

The courier that you used did not leave any indication that they had attempted to deliver my parcel by leaving a calling card or email, then returned my delivery back to sender. I'm still awaiting my parcel. I'm really looking forward to having it resent to me as I believe the product will be amazing when it arrives!
