This heat pack has been a life saver during flare ups. It saves me from constantly having to adjust multiple heat packs and is very comfortable to have on while laying down. I do wish it held heat for longer but every heat pack has to cool down eventually.
Perfect for after my endo surgery post shoulder pains. Super soft and weighted very comfy
Its the perfect size snd holds the warmth
Only downside is the velco has beeb ripping the fabric so im worried it wont last long

I bought 2 heat packs, one for each of my daughters. We heat them up in the microwave with a mug of water, rather than covered in a damp towel. After about 4 minutes it is ready to be used. One daughter described it as "like a hug." Best purchase for me as a mother of teen girls. I highly recommend Kosi

It’s the first heat bag I’ve had that feels like a warm hug. Fully adjustable further down my hips or up in my diaphragm when flares occur. So good in bed when I want to lie on my side and drape it over me too. The best purchase I’ve made to manage symptoms while waiting for surgery - and I’m sure is going to get a lot of use afterwards as well! Thank you Kosi xx

I love the convenience especially with having endo, it can hit all the right spots i need without fussing, only thing I wish it was hotter and held heat longer when heating it for the appropriate time and with moving it around mid heating. Otherwise I love it for the time it stays hot.

I recently had an ovarian cyst rupture and got diagnosed with endometriosis. The 360 heat pack has been a god sent!; and I could not find anything else on the market like it, that provides relief both in the front and back! - I just wish that it stayed warm for longer (but that is just how heat packs are, not a fault of the product).

My daughter was diagnosed with endometriosis early last year. And after surgery nothing seemed to help take thw pain away. So we thought we'd give your Kosi a go.

Heat pack smelt very odd on arrival and instructions say it needs to have a damp towel over it when heating wouldn’t have purchased If had known this
Hi Nikki, thank you for your feedback. The scent you noticed is the natural smell of the flaxseed filling. It can be a little stronger at first, especially before the first few uses, but it usually settles after a couple of heats as the seeds warm and air out. The damp towel step is included to help protect the fabric and ensure safe, even heating. It prevents overheating and burns. I love this thing. It's the most perfect shoulder and neck heat pack. I often get shoulder injuries and this is the best. It's not heavy so it doesn't weigh you down, it don't impact movement, and it holds the heat well. Just amazing.

The desogn is amazing but they dont hold heat for long!, I've tried so many different ways to heat them but I keep going back to my old heat pack :-(

This is our second Kosi heat pack. My daughter who suffers from Endometriosis has been using her pack pretty much daily and due to the design has been wearing at school. The all around heat and the belt makes it more user friendly for the busy teenage life and being a side sleeper. Recently we had issues following post operation in which the Kosi team have been fantastic. Cannot stress how highly we recommend the product for those who have the back pain in addition to the front.

I have loved my Kosi since she arrived. The customer service and interaction on email was also fantastic and brought me so much joy. I have even used Kosi as a sash to help with behind my shoulder blade pain I get, which even more felt like a really nice hug. The only star missing is that I am a curvy pear girl but in bottoms I usually buy an L/14/16 (brand dependent) and I find that Kosi is right at the end of the tether for me, so it is difficult to put on myself. When my partner assists be, it is nice and snug, but then rides a little high up especially as I walk around. I would love a next size up option, I feel M-2XL is a very big range, and it fits my endo bestie very well (size 10-12). I wish my Kosi could sit lower and keep my pelvic area covered and relieved. I am glad I found this though! it is so nice, and the weight is very calming and regulating for me.

The product itself is great. I’m just giving 4/5 because the Velcro is insanely strong and the material is very soft/thin (in a comfy way) It tore stitching out on the first use so now the beans kind of bunch up. We’ve started just using a small part of the Velcro instead or maybe we might cut it off. Otherwise is very nice.

I think the product is absolutely an incredible idea but for me unfortunately it doesn’t hold heat for longer then 30 mins at a time and when having a flare up I can’t be microwaving it every 30 mins. Otherwise both products are incredibly comfortable.
