I’ve used my Kosi for three weeks now, following my first laparoscopic excision surgery last month. It is great that it is hands free and provides 360 degree heat to the stomach and back, which provides comforting relief. I believe another section of Velcro needs to be added to the Kosi to prevent the significant piling of material, caused by the Velcro catching and pulling on itself. It also catches on skin or other material which could be prevented if a corresponding section of Velcro was added to the design. The bags are quite heavy and at first was too much weight to put on my stomach immediately following the surgery (especially when the bloating from the gas was at its worst). The bag is also already very stretched and out of shape (after not even 3 weeks of use). Overall. I think it is convenient and very comforting, but lacks the quality I was expecting of a heat bag at this price point

I have Adenomyosis and endo also. I get to the point that I'm in so much pain I can't move.

I have tired many other heat packs they would fall off or the wheat would go to the one side and you could never find the prefect size. UNTIL NOW. KOSI, is amazing... I am to heat it up and get around slowly. And wraps around my body providing relief and comfort in one.

I use this heat pack nearly all day everyday. I have Endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS and have chronic pelvic and back pain from it. This heat pack allows me to still get on with my day (having 3 kids) whilst getting some relief from my pain. I love the fact it is 360° meaning everywhere gets heated up and I don't have to decide between my pelvis or my back. The only downside is that I feel the fabric is a little thin and I worry it'll break. Otherwise I absolutely love it! Been a huge game changer for me!

Bought it for my girlfriend who suffers from endometriosis. She absolutely loves it, especially as it gives her the relief she needs when the pain becomes too much.

Wont heat up at all even after reheating multiple times

I’m slightly disappointed with the heat pack as it doesn’t get hot enough, even when following the heating instructions carefully. It’s like a mild warmth, that doesn’t last very long compared to other heat packs. The only thing I really like is that it is comfortable and easy to wear. But I wish I knew before I bought it, that it wouldn’t be warm enough or last very long.

Easy to warm up. perfect shape. get one! Great if you are on a screen a lot too!

Product is good, like the fact it wraps around you and can still move and do things. Also comes with easy to understand instructions for heating.

It’s a good heat pack! I got it because I get both lower back pain and cramps and was sick of using 2 heat packs to relieve the pain and it was uncomfortable too. So the kosi heat pack is great if you have the same sort of problem. The only thing that I have to say about it is that it cools down super quickly I find myself having to keep reheating it every 10 minutes or so, whereas other heat packs usually stay warmer for longer. I do think it’s a bit pricey for what you get, but I don’t regret buying it I use it all the time during my period.

Oh my gosh. Game changer! From cramps and lower back aches to yay I can move around, play with my dog and cook without being crippled that time of month. So comfy, sits in the perfect spot. Takes a lot longer in my microwave then instructions say but once its heated its amazinggg - worth the wait. Thankyou

This product is a great idea, but it just doesn’t work. I followed the heating instructions carefully, but on the second use it got a burn mark. Also because of its size (and I ordered a small one) it is very hard to heat in a microwave despite turning frequently. It doesn’t get hot enough and loses its heat very quickly.

The kosi is a great concept and super soft. I find it doesn’t hold its heat for very long and requires frequent reheating. Bigger beans possibly needed.

I've been telling people this should be a thing for years. Thank goodness somebody invented it! It is perfect. It doesn't stay very hot for very long and can take a bit of time to heat up. However, even when the heat decreases, the pressure it provides is excellent too. Great product!

Everything has been perfect, arrival time was quicker than I was expecting, super comfy, super soft has even been making me sleep a bit better!

I was really looking forward to this but it is very disappointing. It takes at least 6 minutes in our microwave to heat up (and you have to take it out every couple of mins to adjust how it is folded). It comes out of the microwave too hot, and once it is cool enough to wear only lasts about 15 mins. Those few minutes when it works are lovely. I’ve compared it to my other wheat bags and they last much longer. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying, and realised that they don’t do refunds.

I wish I knew about this company ages ago but so glad i finally habe now. the relief from a 360degree heat pack is amazing as my pain is lower abdominal amd lower back at the same time. Also the shoulder one is beneficial also I find as I disnt know I even needed it until I tried. The only thing I would only fault is I wish they stayed heated for longer. They packs seem to get cool fairly quickly but apart from that, it's an amazing product.
