Very happy with product. Just the whole heating process is overwhelming and the other thing is the bag or pouch supplied to keep the Kosi in is to small. Can’t use it. To hard to try and stuff it into the bag. Needs to be bigger. But otherwise happy and works well. Relives pain. 👍😊❤️

I have always loved my heat packs so when my daughters bought me a Kosi for Christmas one year, it was honestly one of the best presents I’ve ever been gifted! Fast forward a year, I ended up buying my girls one each as they were always stealing mine. There was a slight stitching issue with one which unfortunately I didn’t notice for MONTHS as it wasn’t until the colder weather came that my daughter started to use hers more. I sent pictures into Kosi and the response I received was second to none. Honestly, this is just the best product, with the best customer service. Could not recommend more highly!

I purchased the Kosi Endo pack for my daughter who has stage 4 Endo. She said the 360 wrap around heat helps with pain for a long time, is comfortable and doesnt slip down so she can do things with ease. Highly recommend for Endo relief. Thanks Kosi

ordered the endo bundle for my fiance who got diagnosed with endo - she put the shoulder and waist packs on and was asleep on the couch within minutes, she was that comforable.
I hurt my back a week later and I've been wearing them too! not sure pink is my colour, may have to order a black one for myself, but 10/10 would recommend and buy again

It’s way too heavy and very hard to microwave cause it’s so big.

These are awesome. I got the end bundle and the way it drapes over my shoulders is wonderful. The wrap around feels like a hug with not only heat but a slight bit of pressure depending how tight you make it. I love it and I wish I got these earlier. They are very big though, make sure your microwave is big enough!

I have a lot of neck tension which is exacerbated when I’m at my desk for long hours. This heat pack has been great to use whilst sitting at the desk to remedy the pain. The design is really convenient, you can wrap around your shoulders hands free. I like how it extends up to the base of the neck.

This is a great product! It's very comforting for a sore tummy and/or back! I love that it wraps right around to warm the areas that need it and I can actually be doing stuff, if I'm up to it, instead of being restricted to the couch to be able to use my heat pack. And the fabric is lovely and has a stronger fabric on one side for the velcro.
Haven't had a problem with heating as some other reviews suggest, (pretty much as per instructions) I just give it 2:30mins in microwave with a cup of water, check, then another slightly shorter hit and its nice and hot and stays that way for as long as (or longer than) any other decent heat packs I've used.
p.s. would love if there was a version that was shaped to go a bit lower just over the hips (& tops of glutes) a bit more

I am very happy with Snuggle heat pack! I love how it warms your neck all the way down to shoulders and in between shoulder blades (upper back).
Some reviews talk about problems with heating, but I just give it 2 good hits in the microwave with a cup of water, and it comes out nice and hot!
However just a bit of constructive feedback - I do wish it kept its heat for a bit longer and feel as though it could do with more filling so it's really stuffed. And perhaps more stitching to keep seeds in place as I do find they sometimes need rearranging. As a smaller person I also find that the bits at the front that go down onto chest/arms maybe don't need to be as long. Also would be great if there was a tie/velcro at the front so it wraps around the neck more.
Overall, a great product and would definitely recommend despite the above!!

I am using this almost daily for endometriosis treatment and I love it ! Means I can wear it around and do things at the same time.

I got the snuggle for my older Mum for Mother's Day and she loved it. she has osteoarthrosis and pain in shoulder plus is always cold. it was made for her. I got the belly Kosi for my daughter's period pain, I've tried other heat packs but the weight and snugness and wrap effect of this one is a game changer - normally she takes pain killers but she just put her Kosi on and went to bed and I didn't hear more - where have you been all these years. i wish i had one when younger and i would have worn it discreetly to work. Obviously designed by a woman who knows! thank you Kosi.

it's a great product but I find the heating instructions overly conservative given its size (i heat a traditional heat pack for 2 mins, the instructions say max 90s for something more than twice the size) and it requires far more heating than they allow in the instructions to get any real benefit. My daughter loves it for her adenomyosis pain though, and I find it super handy as you can wear it and still do things rather than having to stay still while applying a traditional heat pack

Bought the endo bundle. The design is terrific, wide and wraps around your midriff and shoulders. And the fabric is soft to touch. My only downside is it takes a while to heat up, and doesn’t hold heat as long as other heat packs I have. You will need to keep popping it in the microwave if you want prolonged heat or have cold weather.

I haven't found a product like this that can wrap around my head when I have a tension headache- yay! Loses a start because the heat is lost too fast compared to a traditional wheat bag

Has been a game changer for my pain. Downside is how fast it cools down and the Velcro has ripped the material so the flaxseed is now falling out. Likely due to how much I wear it but it's an expensive purchase if needing to replace every 6 months.

Overall great product, good to move around in. the heating process takes a little while. Shoulder heat pack would've liked if this went down further on the back
