I recently ordered a pink Kosi for my daughter. It arrived promptly with no problems and she is thrilled with it! Thankyou.
The only problem is that there was no gift note included as per my order. Therefore there was some confusion and it took away from the lovely surprise I had planned.
There were 3 cards included: Heating instructions, "Give the gift of Kosi to a friend", and a message from Kellie the CEC. The reverse of this card is blank as if meant for a message.
Just wanted to let you know.

i measured myself according to the website and it does fit, as it should, however the velcro part makes about 10cm so when im bloated which is often i get the velcro part leaving either my front side or back without heat in that area
I won’t lie the quality of the product was slightly underwhelming considering the price HOWEVER I can not fault its functionality. It works very well, retains heat longer than any other heat pack I’ve used and is very comfortable.
Doesn't retain the heat for long at all so quite disappointed with this product sadly.
My new favorite addition to every morning and evening. I have had lower back pain for years and also have adenomyosis so abdominal pain and cramping are a big part of my life... this has been an absolute game changer. Highly recommend
I can't rate this product and this Aussie company high enough. I absolutely love the Kosi for my ageing aches and pains, and so does my daughter who uses it for her monthly cramps. I've read the reviews about it not staying warm enough, and while the initial burst of high heat dissipates, it really does stay warm for a long time. I often use it at night, and under the blankets or doona it holds in the heat and stays warm for hours. I love that it also acts like a small weighted blanket which is amazing and my shoulders and abdomen love. I developed a small burn hole in mine (after over a year of regular use!) and probably got complacent and left it for too long in the microwave. I couldn't believe customer service offered me a huge discount on another one. I love supporting Aussie businesses and I absolutely recommend this one.

Received the twin pack today - really good quality. Just deciding who gets the dust bag ? Not sure why only one bag is supplied and no option to purchase one.
Having to heat the item in a wet towel makes the outside of the wrap damp. It does not stay hot for long at all. It is very bulky. Very disappointed in this product. For the price I had very high hopes that it would be a fantastic product. Sad to sad we are very disappointed and would not recommend this product.
Super cozy and works wonders for not just my endo cramps but my lower back pain too. So happy to have a Kosi! It’s life changing
I get extremely cold feet, the kosi booties are a fantastic idea and do help with warming my feet when socks and slippers take to long, the only reason im giving 3 stars is due to the one size fits all. I don't have small feet by any means, about an 81/2 - 9 shoe size and they are very big on me. I found them challenging to keep "snug" on my foot so that the warmth would be where I needed it, note, as per the details I did walk around in them I used them while sitting and my computer desk at home and again while sitting on the couch. I also found that they didn't hold heat for all that long.
I purchased a Kosi for my daughter, unfortunately she gets horrible periods. She loves the Kosi, I ordered the larger size (lets face it kids/teens grow quickly), I love the way that the Velcro end can be fastened to anywhere on the heat pack, and not limiting the size it will fit as much. Its also super handy being able to "double" wrap a large part of it as it holds the heat in that area for longer, so depending on where she needs the relief most is were she will position the doubled area.
I love this bundle so much, the pain becomes bearable and it feels like a big warm hug from your Nan
