For years I have juggled the multiple heat packs, tried all types but nothing has changed my life like the kosi. The 360 heat along with the slight compression has helped with my chronic back and hip pain and my tummy pain from my flare up. I will recommend this to strangers on the street, if it means other women can have the same relief ❤️❤️❤️

I bought the bundle in black after seeing advertisements for a bit and enquiring about whether I can wear it low on the pelvis as thats where the pain is debilitating for me. Everyday for the past 2yrs I've been walking around with a heat pack tucked into the front of my undies and a heat pack in the back. They were lumpy, kept falling out and I could only wear them at home (which meant gritting teeth to cope during the day). I purchased the endo bundle as I'm going in for my first endo surgery soon and thought I should treat myself.... best decision ever! The material is excellent quality, the heating does take some getting used to but I can wear the wrap all night without reheating, and it doesn't slide around (I'm an extremely restless sleeper)! The shoulder heat pad hits all the sore spots in my neck and I can work comfortably with it on under my shirt without the risk of it falling off. My one note is that, as a disabled person living with one hand, the velcro is super strong and quite difficult for me to open and close the waist pack though, I expect this to wear down over time. I've worn it almost non stop since it arrive and it's made functioning a little easier.
...I think the only problem is that I'm going to have to order another bundle as my dad keeps stealing it because it targets his pain as well!
