Kosi is a 360 degree, hands-free heat pack that wraps around your torso for complete heating and relief. The only heat pack you will need each month so you can get on with your day!

Kosi is filled with Flaxseeds. Flaxseeds are reported to have pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties to provide you with an extra soothing affect. The filling has a really slight, pleasant earthy smell that you will barely notice. No wonder Kosi is your bellies bestie!

Kosi can be worn at home, the office or as you go about your day. It can be worn over or under your clothes - it can be our little secret! Your Kosi will come with its own Kosi carry bag to ensure you can transport it with ease. However, many people like to take advantage of our Bestie Bundle. This will allow you to keep a Kosi handy at both work and at home, so it is always by your side when you need it.

Size Guide

  • SIZE 2XS - S: 106cm x 25cm. Recommended for waist measurements up to 90cm for size small.
  • SIZE M - 2XL : 120cm x 20cm. Recommended for waist measurements up to 120cm.

NOTE: measurements are based on your waist, you do not need to measure your hips.

Please note that the product is stretchy and will become longer over time.

We recommend measuring the largest part of your tummy.

If you are between sizes we always recommend sizing up.

Care Instructions

Materials

Kosi is made of soft plush polyester fabric to ensure it is gentle on your skin, heat resistant velcro and is filled with flaxseeds. Upon heating the flaxseeds will release a small amount of flax seed oil which will assist with extra relief.

Heating Instruction

1. Please cover the wrap in a wet towel before heating. Place room temperature wrap evenly spread in the centre of a clean microwave turntable, not touching the sides of the oven. Ensure that any additional microwave features are turned off, such as "browning". Please do not heat Kosi in an oven or a convection oven/microwave as this will cause burns and damage to the product and could be hazardous.

2. Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds (800W) or 40 seconds (1000W). Flip inside out and upside down, giving the product a good shake, and heat for a further 60 or 40 seconds. If reheating, heat for an additional 15 seconds (800W) or 10 seconds (1000W). Please do not exceed 180 seconds total heating time.

3. Check to ensure temperature is suitable before application. Before reheating, check if the temperature of any part of the pack is too hot. Knead and rotate the pack to disperse heat evenly.

What is the difference between Kosi and Ziggle?

Ziggle is slimmer and 200g lighter, perfect for wearing under your clothes. Kosi is like wearing a big warm, puffy cloud. Ziggle's unique zig zag stitching stops the fillings from sliding down as you go about your day.

Doesn’t get warm enough or retain heat well

I’m slightly disappointed with the heat pack as it doesn’t get hot enough, even when following the heating instructions carefully. It’s like a mild warmth, that doesn’t last very long compared to other heat packs. The only thing I really like is that it is comfortable and easy to wear. But I wish I knew before I bought it, that it wouldn’t be warm enough or last very long.

Not bad!

It’s a good heat pack! I got it because I get both lower back pain and cramps and was sick of using 2 heat packs to relieve the pain and it was uncomfortable too. So the kosi heat pack is great if you have the same sort of problem. The only thing that I have to say about it is that it cools down super quickly I find myself having to keep reheating it every 10 minutes or so, whereas other heat packs usually stay warmer for longer. I do think it’s a bit pricey for what you get, but I don’t regret buying it I use it all the time during my period.
