Kosi Booties are made of soft plush polyester fabric to ensure it is gentle on your skin, and is filled with flaxseeds. Upon heating the flaxseeds will release a small amount of flax seed oil which will assist with extra relief.

1. Please cover the wrap in a damp towel before heating. To avoid burning, make sure the product is completely wrapped in a damp towel or a damp cloth. Please turn the fabric over each time before reheating. Place wrap evenly spread in the centre of a clean microwave turntable, not touching the sides of the oven.
2. Ensure that any additional microwave features are turned off, such as "browning".
3. Microwave for time indicated in below table.
4. Check to ensure temperature is suitable before application. If more heat is required, heat for additional time indicated below. Before reheating, check if the temperature of any part of the pack is too hot. Knead and rotate the pack to disperse heat evenly. Do not overheat.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Spot clean only. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. Do not machine wash, iron or tumble dry. Do not submerge. Can be stored in freezer in sealed bag until ready to use or store at room temperature.

CAUTION:

• Take care when removing from the microwave oven, the pack may be very hot.
• To avoid frostbite or burns, set it aside unti itreaches a temperature your skin can tolerate.
• Apply for not more than 20 minutes at a time, with 20 minutes breaks between applications.
• To avoid risk of fire.
• DO NOT exceed maximum heating time.
• DO NOT apply hot beads or frozen beads onto your skin directly (use the plush side).
• DO NOT wear while sleeping. Check skin frequently during use.
• DO NOT use on unhealthy, damaged or broken skin or use hot on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours or on areas of the body where you can't feel heat or with other forms of heat.
• DO NOT use on people unable to remove the product, including children, infants, and elderly or on people unable to follow all use instructions.
• Do not overheat.
• DO NOT place extra pressure over the product.
• DO NOT swallow.
• Keep out reach of children and pets.
• DO NOT use if hot pack contents leak and / or wrap is damaged or torn.
• If hot pack contents come in contact with your eyes, remove wrap, rinse affected area with water and seek professional assistance immediately.
• Stop Use and ask a doctor if pain worsens or persists for more than 7 days, or if you have any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin.
• Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation or heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant.
