OG Kosi

Kosi is a 360° hands-free heat pack that wraps comfortably around your torso for complete heating and relief. It’s the only heat pack you’ll need each month so you can get on with your day. Kosi can be worn at home, at the office, or as you move throughout your day — over or under clothing (our little secret!). Kosi Snuggle

Snuggle is a hands-free heat pack that wraps around your neck, shoulders, and upper back for complete warmth and relief. If your period cramps extend into your back, Snuggle is the perfect addition to your OG Kosi. It’s also a wonderful item for laparoscopy recovery, helping provide warming relief for gas-related shoulder pain after surgery. Lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear, Snuggle delivers soothing heat across your upper body.

Kosi-mini

Kosi-mini is your favourite heat-pack invention, re-imagined in a smaller size. It provides the same wearable warmth in a more compact design, perfect for targeted relief. Whether you need heat for migraines, arthritis pain, sore joints, or post-workout recovery, Kosi-mini has you covered.

* All Kosi heat packs are filled with natural flaxseeds, which are reported to have pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties for an extra soothing effect. The filling has a light, pleasant earthy scent that you will barely notice — no wonder Kosi is your bestie!

Size Guide

OG Kosi

  • 2XS – S: 106cm x 25cm (recommended for waist measurements up to 90cm)
  • M – 2XL: 120cm x 20cm (recommended for waist measurements up to 120cm)

Note: Measurements are based on your waist — no need to measure hips. Measure the largest part of your tummy. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Note: When measuring the body part intended for the heat pack, allow extra space for velcro overlap. If in doubt, size up.

Care Instructions

Materials

Kosi is made of soft plush polyester fabric to ensure it is gentle on your skin, heat resistant velcro and is filled with flaxseeds. Upon heating the flaxseeds will release a small amount of flax seed oil which will assist with extra relief.

Heating Instruction

1. Please cover the wrap in a wet towel before heating. Place room temperature wrap evenly spread in the centre of a clean microwave turntable, not touching the sides of the oven. Ensure that any additional microwave features are turned off, such as "browning". Please do not heat Kosi in an oven or a convection oven/microwave as this will cause burns and damage to the product and could be hazardous.

2.Microwave Heating Instructions (Kosi & Kosi-mini)
Kosi-mini
Heat in the microwave for 40 seconds (800W) or 35 seconds (1000W).
Please do not exceed the total heating time.

OG Kosi and Snuggle
Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds (800W) or 40 seconds (1000W).
Flip the product inside out and upside down, give it a good shake, then heat for a further 60 seconds (800W) or 40 seconds (1000W).

If reheating, heat for an additional 15 seconds (800W) or 10 seconds (1000W).

Please do not exceed 180 seconds total heating time.

3. Check to ensure temperature is suitable before application. Before reheating, check if the temperature of any part of the pack is too hot. Knead and rotate the pack to disperse heat evenly.
