Kosi

Kosi is a 360° hands-free, wearable heat pack designed to wrap comfortably around your body for complete warmth and relief. It’s the only heat pack you’ll need each month so you can get on with your day.

Kosi is filled with natural flaxseeds, which are reported to have pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties for an extra soothing effect. The filling also has a very light, pleasant earthy scent that you’ll barely notice. No wonder Kosi is your belly’s bestie!

Kosi can be worn at home, at the office, or while relaxing throughout the day. It can be worn over or under clothing (our little secret!). Many customers also love our Bestie Bundle, which makes it easy to keep one Kosi at work and another at home so comfort is always within reach.

Kosi-mini

Kosi-mini is your favourite heat-pack invention, re-imagined in a smaller size. It provides the same 360° wearable heat, perfect for targeted relief — whether you’re applying warmth to your head for migraines, your joints for arthritis pain, or your muscles for post-workout recovery.

Please note: Kosi has strong velcro and stays securely in place while resting, but may slide slightly if you are moving around.

Size Guide

Kosi (Original)

  • 2XS – S: 106cm x 25cm (recommended for waist up to 90cm)
  • M – 2XL: 120cm x 20cm (recommended for waist up to 120cm)

Note: Measurements are based on your waist — no need to measure hips. We recommend measuring the largest part of your tummy. If between sizes, size up.

Kosi-mini

  • Mini-S: 58cm x 11cm
  • Mini-M: 78cm x 15cm
  • Mini-L: 78cm x 19cm

Note: When measuring the body part intended for the heat pack, allow extra space for velcro overlap. If in doubt, size up.

Care Instructions

Materials

Kosi is made of soft plush polyester fabric to ensure it is gentle on your skin, heat resistant velcro and is filled with flaxseeds. Upon heating the flaxseeds will release a small amount of flax seed oil which will assist with extra relief.

Heating Instruction

1. Please cover the wrap in a wet towel before heating. Place room temperature wrap evenly spread in the centre of a clean microwave turntable, not touching the sides of the oven. Ensure that any additional microwave features are turned off, such as "browning". Please do not heat Kosi in an oven or a convection oven/microwave as this will cause burns and damage to the product and could be hazardous.

2.Microwave Heating Instructions (Kosi & Kosi-mini)
Kosi-mini
Heat in the microwave for 40 seconds (800W) or 35 seconds (1000W).
Please do not exceed the total heating time.

Kosi (Original)
Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds (800W) or 40 seconds (1000W).
Flip the product inside out and upside down, give it a good shake, then heat for a further 60 seconds (800W) or 40 seconds (1000W).

If reheating, heat for an additional 15 seconds (800W) or 10 seconds (1000W).

Please do not exceed 180 seconds total heating time.

3. Check to ensure temperature is suitable before application. Before reheating, check if the temperature of any part of the pack is too hot. Knead and rotate the pack to disperse heat evenly.
