Kosi is a 360 degree, hands-free heat pack that wraps around your torso for complete heating and relief. The only heat pack you will need each month so you can get on with your day!

Kosi is filled with Flaxseeds. Flaxseeds are reported to have pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties to provide you with an extra soothing affect. The filling has a really slight, pleasant earthy smell that you will barely notice. No wonder Kosi is your bellies bestie!

Kosi can be worn at home, the office or as you go about your day. It can be worn over or under your clothes - it can be our little secret! However, many people like to take advantage of our Bestie Bundle. This will allow you to keep a Kosi handy at both work and at home, so it is always by your side when you need it.

Size Guide

SIZE 2XS - S: 106cm x 25cm. Recommended for waist measurements up to 90cm for size small.
SIZE M - 2XL : 120cm x 20cm. Recommended for waist measurements up to 120cm.

NOTE: measurements are based on your waist, you do not need to measure your hips.

Please note that the product is stretchy and will become longer over time.

We recommend measuring the largest part of your tummy.

If you are between sizes we always recommend sizing up.

Care Instructions

Materials

Kosi is made of soft plush polyester fabric to ensure it is gentle on your skin, heat resistant velcro and is filled with flaxseeds. Upon heating the flaxseeds will release a small amount of flax seed oil which will assist with extra relief.

Heating Instruction

1. Please cover the wrap in a wet towel before heating. Place room temperature wrap evenly spread in the centre of a clean microwave turntable, not touching the sides of the oven. Ensure that any additional microwave features are turned off, such as "browning". Please do not heat Kosi in an oven or a convection oven/microwave as this will cause burns and damage to the product and could be hazardous.

2. Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds (800W) or 40 seconds (1000W). Flip inside out and upside down, giving the product a good shake, and heat for a further 60 or 40 seconds. If reheating, heat for an additional 15 seconds (800W) or 10 seconds (1000W). Please do not exceed 180 seconds total heating time.

3. Check to ensure temperature is suitable before application. Before reheating, check if the temperature of any part of the pack is too hot. Knead and rotate the pack to disperse heat evenly.

Gorgeous, but disappointing.

This is a lovely looking and feeling heat pad. It is comforting to wear like a weighted blanket. However it doesn’t stay warm for long at all. In fact I’ve never had a heat pad that cools down so quickly. Also the instructions are to heat it in the microwave under a wet towel. When I’m in a flare up and don’t want to even stand up, it’s just another step having to deal with a wet towel.
The product, packaging, branding etc all look great. But sadly this is a dud in my book. Such a shame.

"like a hug"

I bought 2 heat packs, one for each of my daughters. We heat them up in the microwave with a mug of water, rather than covered in a damp towel. After about 4 minutes it is ready to be used. One daughter described it as "like a hug." Best purchase for me as a mother of teen girls. I highly recommend Kosi

Wrap around relief!

It’s the first heat bag I’ve had that feels like a warm hug. Fully adjustable further down my hips or up in my diaphragm when flares occur. So good in bed when I want to lie on my side and drape it over me too. The best purchase I’ve made to manage symptoms while waiting for surgery - and I’m sure is going to get a lot of use afterwards as well! Thank you Kosi xx

Heat pack

I love the convenience especially with having endo, it can hit all the right spots i need without fussing, only thing I wish it was hotter and held heat longer when heating it for the appropriate time and with moving it around mid heating. Otherwise I love it for the time it stays hot.
